SecondTicket.com is a ticket resale marketplace with seats for more than 60,000 live events. Until 2020, we operated a free gaming website and fan community at www.themegapool.com with more than 10,000 participants. The Mega Pool was a free, year-long pool made up of four smaller pools in which fans won credits that could be redeemed for any tickets in our unique marketplace, and your points across all pools determined our Fan Of The Year. Pool participation was not, and still is not, required to buy tickets, and buying tickets does not automatically enter you into The Mega Pool, but the Mega Pool was the best way to save money on tickets in the confusing and evolving world of ticket resale. Today, The Mega Pool is on official hiatus and we hope to resume it in the future, but in the meantime, all credits won in any SecondTicket pool are valid indefinitely, and we continue serving all fans with seats to more than 60,000 live events and no service fees.
You do not need an account to buy tickets. If and when we resume The Mega Pool, you do need an account and must be 18 years of age to play, win credits toward tickets, and request enhanced service with value recommendations. Credit card information is not required to create an account. Fans with active accounts have inside access to special ticket offers, pool invitations, tips and statistics, scoring updates, and credit expiration notifications.
If you buy tickets, an account will automatically be created for you. Once you have an account, you may establish the level of email communications you wish to receive from us. Limit one account per person; multiple accounts associated with the same person will be combined or voided, and any credits posted to additional accounts will be voided. There is no difference between a SecondTicket and a Mega Pool account.

If your tickets do not arrive in time for the event1 or you are denied entry2, you will receive either 125% of your purchase price3 or 125% of the replacement cost of tickets, whichever is greater. Plus, you have a 100% money-back guarantee if the event is canceled entirely with no rescheduled date.4
If we resume The Mega Pool, there are two types of credits: Basic and Mega. Basic credits are good for up to 20% off tickets and are variable expiration dates. SecondTicket shows all-in pricing with no service charges as another way we help fans save money on tickets. Sites offering excessive or no service charges usually feature low service standards or higher ticket costs.
To redeem credits in your account, click 'Have a gift card or promo code?' and enter your Discount Code. Online purchases require redemption of your total credit balance. Partial credit redemptions may be made by phone; to redeem less than your full balance, please call us.

To place your order, complete the checkout page and press 'Place Order'. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification email. Once your order is accepted by the seller, you will receive a second email with your final invoice and delivery information, including instructions for printing e-tickets (if applicable).
