As an online ticket marketplace, SecondTicket observes credit card industry standards of PCI compliance and is Trustwave certified. Your personal and financial information is safe and secure.
Just as importantly, as the administrators of a fan community, we appreciate the time you spend with us and value your loyalty. Below are the guidelines we follow with regard to your personal data and instructions which enable you to choose how you receive information from us. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
If you have purchased tickets: We collected standard data associated with credit card transactions such as your name, billing address, shipping address if different, phone number, credit card number and expiration date. We obtain an email address to provide you with transaction information such as invoices and shipping data.
We subsequently use your name and email address to create an online account that enables you to optionally participate in our free fan community.
If you created an online account without purchasing tickets:
We collected your first and last names, a valid email address, a password, a username that may be publicly displayed, a valid phone number, and your birthdate.
Either way, none of your personal information is shared with any third parties. TYPES OF COMMUNICATIONS
We distribute the following types of promotional emails:
Informational newsletters (monthly, all fans)
Contest invitations (4x per year, all fans)
Rebate registration reminders (4x per year, customers only)
Philanthropic announcements, as applicable:

You may determine the types of emails you receive by logging in to your account and following these instructions: To receive all of the above email types, choose "All". This is your account's default setting.
To receive only informational newsletters, choose "Only"
To discontinue all emails, choose "None".
You may change these preferences at any time.
You will continue receiving order related emails, such as invoices and shipping data, regardless of your preferences.
To ensure that you continue receiving promotional emails in your inbox, please add SecondTicket@listeneremail.com to your address book or safe sender list.
