The following governs all distribution and usage of credits associated with SecondTicket contests, rebates, surveys or referrals: TYPES OF CREDITS Registration - Earned by registering for a contest and meeting its minimum participation requirement
Performance - Earned for successful contest performance
Conditional - A performance credit earned only if you do not win a performance credit of greater value during the same contest
Referral - Earned by recruiting new fans to participate in a contest
Bonus - Earned for optional acts within a contest, or awarded for optional acts such as survey participation
USAGE & REDEMPTIONS Credits may be applied toward the cost of the second ticket in an eligible order (see below)
Credits may be donated to SecondTicket's 'GIVE' program (see below)
ELIGIBLE ORDERS Orders of two or more tickets; orders of a single ticket are ineligible for credit usage. For example, a two-ticket order is eligible for up to a 50% discount; a three-ticket order is eligible for up to a 33% discount, etc.
Tickets which gain the user entry into the main event at the venue. Credits are invalid on items such as parking passes, restaurant or hospitality passes, ticket upgrades, etc.
Only transactions made on SecondTicket.com, offline with a SecondTicket representative, or any Ebay Buy It Now purchase from Ebay account secondticket. Credits may not be applied toward an item won via an Ebay auction.
CREDIT DONATIONS Credits may only be donated during the month in which they expire. Expired credits may not be donated.
Credits may only be donated via the 'GIVE' donation page on SecondTicket.com.
Credit donation does not necessarily include rights to participate in the selection of award winners.
ACTIVATION, LIMITS AND TRANSFERABILITY There is no limit to the number of credits a fan may accrue.
Credits may not be combined or transferred between fans.
The only person who may redeem credits is the one to whom the SecondTicket invoice is issued.
The maximum amount of credits that may be applied to an order is the current amount in that person's SecondTicket fan account.
If multiple events are included on a single invoice, credits may be applied toward each individual event.
All credits include expiration dates which vary by program but are generally valid for approximately one year.
Registration credits are activated upon participation in a contest. Registration credits are not activated for fans who register for, but does not participate in, a contest.
Performance credits are activated immediately. Once credits are activated they are valid until their expiration date, regardless of your subsequent participation or lack thereof.
Conditional and bonus credits earned in a rebate are activated upon confirmation that the future event has not occurred.
Other bonus credits are earned upon the conclusion of the future event
Purchases made by or through any other professional ticket reseller are ineligible for rebates or credits.
Credits earned via a referral program are limited to one credit per referral period unless otherwise indicated.
Individual programs may include additional credits terms not listed herein.
