OBJECT OF THE CONTEST
Submit the most accurate prediction of the coin toss, first scoring play, and final score of the professional football championship game on February 5, 2012 in Indianapolis, IN to win up to $30 in free tickets, a $200 AMEX Gift Card, or $25,000 cash.
REGISTRATION
Registration begins at 10:00am ET on Monday, January 23, 2012 and ends upon receipt of (200) registrations or at 4:00pm ET on Sunday, February 5, 2012, whichever comes first.

Win up to $30 in ticket credits based on your predictions of five game components: A) Coin toss, B) First team to score, C) Type of first scoring play, D) Minute of first scoring play, and E) Final score of each team.

GRAND PRIZE To win the $25,000 Grand Prize, you must correctly predict all five components. For your final score prediction to be correct, you must match the exact score of each team. For example, if the actual result is AFC Team 21, NFC Team 10, then a prediction of NFC Team 21, AFC Team 10 or 21-10 is incorrect. If no Contestant correctly predicts all five components, the $25,000 Grand Prize will not be awarded.
FIRST PRIZE
If the Grand Prize is not awarded, the Contestant who wins the most ticket credits also receives a $200 American Express Gift Card.
TIEBREAKERS:
Grand Prize: A maximum of (1) grand prize will be awarded. In the event of multiple winning entries, the cash value of the grand prize will be evenly distributed among winning Contestants.
First Prize: If multiple contestants submit the same winning prediction, the contestant who submitted the earlier prediction wins. If there is still a tie, the $200 will be evenly split and distributed as separate AMEX Gift Cards. Revisions to predictions will be updated with the new date and time received. Contestant predictions and submission times will be posted prior to the game.
ODDS:
Odds of a correct Grand Prize prediction are approximately 1:16,800. Probability of a winner with 200 entries is 1:42.
